What do the different trim levels offer?

Jeep offers the Gladiator in four different well-equipped models. The first is the base Sport model which comes standard with all-season tires, 17-inch wheels, an eight-speaker sound system, cruise control, voice control capability, a 5-inch central display, Bluetooth, and a backup camera. The Sport S model adds an auto-dimming rearview mirror, heated power mirrors, power door and tailgate locks, and alloy wheels. The Sport S can be outfitted with several different optional features like a 7-inch touchscreen, a rail-based cargo management system, and the Advanced Safety Group package. Sitting near the top of the model lineup is the Overland which comes with LED ambient footwell lighting, side steps, and the 7-inch infotainment system. Last up, is the rock-crawling Rubicon model which comes outfitted with 33-inch all-terrain tires, skid plates, body-protecting rock rails, and locking front and rear differentials.

What's under the hood?

At the heart of the 2020 Jeep Gladiator, you will find a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine. The Pentastar engine kicks out 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. All that power allows the Gladiator to tow up to 7,650 pounds so you can bring all your biggest toys along with you on your next adventure. The Gladiator also has a maximum best-in-class payload capacity of 1,600 pounds. The capability of the Gladiator doesn't stop there though. The Gladiator also has an approach angle of 43.6 degrees, a break-over angle of 20.3 degrees, and a departure angle of 26 degrees so you can conquer any trail. The Gladiator also boasts a ground clearance of 11.1-inch along with up to 30 inches of water fording.

What are the safety options?

With more than 80 standard and available active and passive safety and security features the 2020 Jeep Gladiator isn't just an off-road machine it is also extremely safe. The available Full-Speed Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking system will alert you to a potential frontal impact and even stop the Gladiator if no action is taken. Blind-spot monitoring alerts you to anything in your blind-spot while rear cross-path detection will alert you if someone or something is behind your vehicle when you go to back up. The Gladiator also comes with trailer sway control, a backup camera, and available ParkSense rear park assist.
